Privacy Policy

Pre-Launch Notice
FECH Technology (“FECH”) has not launched an operational freight platform. This policy describes how FECH handles information submitted through the marketing website in connection with interest registration, contact inquiries, and launch updates. A more complete platform privacy policy will be provided prior to operational use and is subject to review by FECH’s legal counsel.
Information We Collect
- Name, business contact information, and role or company details you provide through a form.
- Category-specific interest information such as equipment type, operating regions, monthly shipment volume, USDOT/MC numbers, or business type — when you choose to share it.
- Message content you send through the contact form.
- Consent selection and the source of the submission (which page and which form).
- Limited technical metadata such as user agent and referring page for abuse prevention.
Purpose of Collection
- Routing and responding to your inquiry.
- Evaluating early-access interest by audience (drivers, carriers, Shipping Partners, sales, media, partnership).
- Sending platform-launch communications when you have selected that interest.
- Preventing abuse of the submission system.
Information We Do Not Collect
We do not request or store Social Security numbers, driver-license numbers, banking or payment-card data, insurance certificates, identity documents, or passwords through the marketing website.
Retention
FECH intends to retain prelaunch lead and inquiry information only for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate interest, respond to requests, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. A formal retention schedule will be finalized before public platform launch.
Service Providers
FECH uses infrastructure and service providers to support website hosting, secure data storage, lead processing, security, and communications. These providers process information under their applicable service terms and FECH’s configuration of those services. As the platform approaches public launch, FECH will continue reviewing applicable provider agreements and data-processing terms.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored with row-level access controls that restrict direct read access. No system is perfectly secure; FECH works to protect submitted information using industry-standard practices.
Sale of Information
FECH does not sell personal information collected through the marketing website.
Cookies and Analytics
The current marketing website does not deploy third-party advertising cookies. Any future analytics or cookie use will be disclosed prior to activation.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting FECH through the contact page. FECH will respond as required by applicable law.
