Effective date: July 16, 2026. These terms govern use of the FECH marketing website and FECH Early Access registration. Platform Access Notice: FECH Early Access registration is open.

Pre-Launch Notice

FECH Technology (“FECH”) has built a direct freight platform, and Early Access registration is open. These terms address use of the FECH marketing website and any Early Access submissions collected through it. Platform access, onboarding timing, and feature availability may vary by user type, market, and release stage.

Marketing Website Use

You may browse the FECH marketing website for informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the website or its submission forms.

Early-Access Registration

Interest registration is not a contract for freight services, carrier onboarding, or shipper account activation. Submitting a form does not guarantee platform access, approval, assignment, capacity, earnings, or a response deadline.

Website Product Demonstrations

Product interfaces, workflow walkthroughs, and demonstration data shown on this marketing website use sample records to show how freight moves through FECH. They are a guided experience, not the production FECH application, and do not represent current inventory or actual transactions.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information in forms and for the lawfulness of any content you submit. Drivers, carriers, and Shipping Partners remain solely responsible for their own licensing, authority, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual Property

The FECH name, logo, brand assets, copy, and website design are owned by FECH. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission.

Prohibited Website Use

  • Automated scraping or bulk submission of forms.
  • Submitting false or misleading information.
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls, abuse protection, or infrastructure limits.
  • Uploading or attempting to inject malicious content.

Platform Access Notice

FECH Early Access registration is open. Platform access, onboarding timing, and feature availability may vary by user type, market, and release stage. Screens shown on this marketing website use demonstration data and may differ from the production application.

Limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis prior to launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FECH disclaims implied warranties for the marketing website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Final Platform Terms

Operational platform terms — covering account creation, load posting, acceptance, completion, fees (including the transparent 10% platform delivery fee on completed transactions), documentation, and dispute handling — are provided to each user as part of platform onboarding.
