Terms of Service

Effective date: July 16, 2026. These terms govern use of the FECH marketing website and early-access interest registration. Final platform terms will be provided before operational use.

Pre-Launch Notice

FECH Technology (“FECH”) has not launched an operational freight platform. These terms address use of the marketing website and any early-access interest submissions collected through it. They are subject to review by FECH’s legal counsel before public launch.

Marketing Website Use

You may browse the FECH marketing website for informational purposes. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, probe, or misuse the website or its submission forms.

Early-Access Registration

Interest registration is not a contract for freight services, carrier onboarding, or shipper account activation. Submitting a form does not guarantee platform access, approval, assignment, capacity, earnings, or a response deadline.

Product Concepts

Product interfaces, workflow illustrations, and demonstration data shown on the website are conceptual and used to communicate the intended FECH experience. They do not represent live functionality, current inventory, or actual transactions.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information in forms and for the lawfulness of any content you submit. Drivers, carriers, and Shipping Partners remain solely responsible for their own licensing, authority, insurance, and regulatory obligations.

Intellectual Property

The FECH name, logo, brand assets, copy, and website design are owned by FECH. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission.

Prohibited Website Use

  • Automated scraping or bulk submission of forms.
  • Submitting false or misleading information.
  • Attempting to circumvent access controls, abuse protection, or infrastructure limits.
  • Uploading or attempting to inject malicious content.

Disclaimer of Concept Interfaces

Concept interfaces are illustrative only. FECH does not guarantee that any specific feature, screen, or workflow shown on the website will be available in the final platform, or that it will operate in the manner illustrated.

Limitation

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis prior to launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FECH disclaims implied warranties for the marketing website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

Final Platform Terms

Operational platform terms — covering account creation, load posting, acceptance, completion, fees (including the transparent 10% platform delivery fee on completed transactions), documentation, and dispute handling — will be provided before operational use of the FECH platform.
