Questions procurement and operations teams ask.

How will transportation professionals participate?
Drivers, owner-operators, and carriers register interest and review posted opportunities that match their equipment and operating preferences. Final eligibility standards will be provided before launch.
What information may be available for review?
Shipping Partners are intended to review relevant profile and operating information made available through the platform. FECH does not represent verification of insurance, authority, safety status, licensing, identity, or regulatory standing at this stage.
How will shipment documents be organized?
PODs, BOLs, receipts, and photos can be maintained alongside each shipment record so completion history is accessible in one environment.
How will pricing be presented?
FECH intends to apply a transparent 10% platform delivery fee on completed transactions. Shipment compensation is presented against each load.
Will FECH support enterprise integrations?
Planned integration readiness. Future API, TMS, ERP, WMS, and fleet-management connections may be developed based on product roadmap and customer needs. They are not represented as currently available.
Does FECH guarantee transportation capacity?
